Dubber’s RESTful API

An Application Programming Interface (API) is a set of functions and procedures that allows applications to access the features or data of an operating system or another application. Dubber’s API has a RESTful (Representational State Transfer) structure to allow for interoperability between cloud services. A RESTful API breaks down data transactions into small modules, providing developers with flexibility and potential for creative custom developments and integrations.

Dubber API for integrations

Dubber’s open API allows it to integrate easily with, and automatically transfer data to, third party applications such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Unlike legacy call recording and speech intelligence solutions, which might provide a configurable API to allow users some functionality, Dubber’s API is deployed as a product, meaning that it is available to any user without the need for additional hardware or software. A user’s data can be accessed directly by them to facilitate easy interaction. The data held is protected by two factor authentication with additional security provided by an API proxy.
